Confused about what to choose between MNCs or small scale/startup companies as your first employer?

Here are my two cents.

With any job, you'll learn to work in a collaborative environment. Working for a small company/choosing a small job(as they believer) can help you develop key skills outside your area of expertise and broaden your horizons. It's a pool of great opportunities for further learning, career progression and innovation.

So do that job at least for the period of time when your internal instinct shouts that you are ready to explore the corporate world on your own as an entrepreneur/your own boss.

We should always be open to learn something new every moment and for that it is quite important to keep believing that there are so many things which we are YET TO LEARN.

With this attitude, we will always keep learning and will keep ourselves updated. In a way, we are getting SMARTER and SMARTER - But as Maxime mentioned STAY FOOLISH.

These are just a mere excuses.

If you want to start something new, something which you love to do, something you never get tired while doing, then the time is now. Take that leap of faith. May it take time, you may have to be patient like Kachhua 🐢 but when you are in your zone, just make sure to make the most of your skills and run like an energetic panther.

Increased isolation is a negative effect we all feel in our lives; the time we spend using social media could well be spent in other more creative and productive ways.

We are becoming increasingly aware of the way constant access to digital forms of communication which can be overwhelming at times. But It has become an ever-present overhang on all aspects of life. There is no escape.
●
There are few extracts which I tried to list out here to help in figuring out the fixes to those patches.

Be REALLY connected in REAL world. That's more important than the virtual world. See you face to face.
