Staying consistent. Staying grounded.
Currently in my 4th week of lean muscle building, and I’m continuing this phase till 31st May.

Here’s what my current routine looks like:
• 4–5 strength training sessions/week
• 7,000–10,000 steps/day
• 2200–2400 Cal with 140g protein

It’s not about chasing perfection.
It’s about showing up, doing the work, and trusting the process.

No shortcuts. No noise. Just honest effort — brick by brick.
