Respected Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind attention that the implementation of the Right to Education Act, 2009 (RTE Act) across India is currently very ineffective. Many private schools are openly ignoring the provisions of the Act, and there appears to be little enforcement from the Government’s side to ensure compliance.
I am deeply concerned about this situation and strongly believe that the objectives of the RTE Act — to provide free and compulsory education to all children — must be achieved in their true spirit.
In this regard, I humbly request you to consider appointing me as a member of the National Advisory Council constituted under Chapter V, Section 33 of the RTE Act, 2009, to assist in the strict implementation of the Act.
I assure you of my dedication and commitment to this cause and my readiness to contribute meaningfully to ensuring every child in India receives the education they are entitled to under the law.

We kindly request you to provide school uniforms and books to the students who have been admitted under the Right to Education Act, 2009, across the nation under the free education quota lie Samagra Siksha Abhiyan (SSA)
This support will greatly help the children and their families, and ensure that the objectives of the RTE Act are effectively implemented.
