🌿 Saans Se Shuru Hui Kranti – Arjun Ki Kahani
Ek chhote se gaon mein Arjun naam ka ladka rehta tha. Bahar se strong dikhne wala, lekin andar se confused, thaka hua aur negative thoughts se bhara hua. Life mein struggle pe struggle… paise ki tension, career ka pressure, body weak, mind restless.
Har subah wo uthta tha ek bojh ke saath. Aisa lagta jaise zindagi uske kandhon par rakhi hui hai. Social media par dusron ki success stories dekhkar uska confidence aur toot jata. Wo sochta – “Mere saath hi kyun nahi ho raha?”
Ek din jab sab kuch zyada hi heavy lagne laga, wo gaon ke paas wale ek purane mandir chala gaya. Wahan shaanti thi… hawa halki thi… aur ek vridh sant ped ke neeche baithkar dhyaan kar rahe the.
Arjun chupchaap unke paas baith gaya.
Kuch der baad sant ne aankhen kholi aur muskura kar bole,
“Beta, mann bhaari hai?”
Arjun hairaan ho gaya. “Aapko kaise pata?”
Sant bole, “Jiska mann bhaari hota hai, uski saans tez aur be-tarteeb hoti hai.”
Arjun ne pehli baar apni saans par dhyaan diya. Sach mein… wo jaldi-jaldi aur chhoti saanse le raha tha.
Sant ne bas ek baat kahi:
“Beta, zindagi badalni hai toh pehle apni saans ko control karna seekh.”
Arjun halka sa hasa. “Saans se kya badlega? Problem toh paise ki hai, career ki hai, body ki hai…”
Sant ne shaant swar mein jawab diya:
“Jab saans badlegi, toh soch badlegi. Jab soch badlegi, toh faisle badlenge. Jab faisle badlenge, toh kismat badlegi.”
Phir unhone Arjun ko Kapalbhati Pranayam sikhaya.
🔥 Pehla Din – Sabse Mushkil
Sant ne kaha, “Seedha baith. Reedh ki haddi seedhi. Aankhen band. Ab zor se saans bahar phenko… pet ko andar kheecho. Andar wali saans apne aap aa jayegi.”
Arjun ne try kiya. 20 baar ke baad hi uska pet dukhne laga. Usne socha – “Ye mere bas ka nahi.”
Sant bole, “Zindagi bhi pehle din mushkil lagti hai. Par jo rukta nahi, wahi jeetta hai.”
Arjun ne decide kiya – roz karega.
🌅 15 Din Baad
Shuru ke kuch din sirf struggle tha. Kabhi bore ho jata, kabhi skip karne ka mann karta. Lekin dheere-dheere ek chhota sa change aaya.
Uska mind thoda clear feel hone laga.
Subah uthte hi negative thoughts kam ho gaye.
Body mein halka sa energy ka flow mehsoos hone laga.
Usne junk food kam kiya.
Raat ko jaldi sona start kiya.
Mobile ka use kam kar diya.
Kyun?
Kyunki jab mind clear hota hai, insaan khud hi sahi decisions lene lagta hai.
🌟 45 Din Baad – Logon Ne Notice Kiya
Ab Arjun ka face glow karne laga tha. Eyes confident ho gayi thi. Body bhi thodi toned lagne lagi thi.
Sabse bada change?
Uska attitude.
Jo ladka har baat par complain karta tha, ab solution dhoondhne laga.
Jo ladka dusron ki success dekhkar jalta tha, ab unse inspire hone laga.
Usne ek chhota online kaam start kiya. Pehle kam paise aaye. Par is baar wo panic nahi hua.

“Main daily apni saans control kar sakta hoon, toh apni situation bhi control kar sakta hoon.”

Ek din Arjun fir sant ke paas gaya aur bola,
“Maharaj, meri problem solve ho gayi.”
Sant muskuraaye, “Problem gayi ya tu strong ho gaya?”
Arjun chup ho gaya.

Life mein problem khatam nahi hoti.
Insaan powerful ho jata hai.
Kapalbhati ne uski kismat nahi badli…
Usne Arjun ko badal diya.
Aur jab insaan badalta hai, uski duniya khud badal jaati hai.
