Film lovers cultural association Film Lovers Cultural Association (FILCA) started in 1999 to inculcate better films and to organise cultural programmes.

Film Lovers Cultural Association (FILCA) is a registered cultural organization under the Travancore Literary Scientific and Charitable Socities Act of 1955. We are also registered with theFederation of Film Societies of India, National Film Archive of India and the Kerala State Chalachithra Academy. FILCA started in 1999 to inculcate better films and to organise cultural programmes. Our president

is Shri P.K Nair, former Director National Film Archives of India and its general secretary is Dr. M.K.P Nair, medical practitioner and film enthusiast. The other executives members consists of professional film makers, film technicians, doctors, academicians, social activists, noted writers and other eminent people from different walks of life.
