🌱 Join the Akshayakalpa-Rainmatter Fellowship Program – (Pooriyampakkam) 🌱

The Akshayakalpa-Rainmatter Fellowship in Regenerative Farming offers a transformative educational journey for young individuals passionate about sustainable agriculture. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to establish their own organic farms or work as Extension Outreach Experts on Akshayakalpa farms.

📅 Program Details:
🕒 Duration: 9 months (3 months residential + 6 months on-farm)
🏠 3 Months Residential Training: Food & Accommodation provided by Akshayakalpa
🌾 6 Months on Farmer’s Farm: Candidates manage their own Food & Accommodation
💼 Stipend: ₹10,000/month
✨ Hands-on Farming Experience

🌟 Program Objectives:

Learn to set up and manage an organic farm
Understand sustainable farming practices
Earn sustainable profits from organic farming
Gain practical guidance from expert farmers and trainers


🎓 Eligibility:

Education: Diploma, Degree, or master's in agriculture science, Environmental Science, Agribusiness, Community Development, or related fields
Additional Experience: NGO experience or related expertise
Preferred: Male candidates
Age: 18–27 years
