CRISPY PRAWN L MACHURIAN
with Vodka
* beat an Egg with salt and garam masala
separately
* To a maida batter add some salt and mix it well
Then take well cleaned and deveined prawn (
and cover it with egg and maida batter three times
and deep fry it
your crispy prawn is ready
To a vessel add some oil and add chopped garlic
After the garlic is burned add onion
capsicum (1) as shown in the video and some salt to
cook quick
After it's cooked add Tomato purée, soya
sauce, chilli powder, sugar and allow it to dry
* once the tomato's raw smell goes, add 40ml of
vodka and bring it to thick consistency
Then add all the crispy prawns and Voila you
CRISPY PRAWN MANCHURIAN with vodka is
ready!!!!
