گریٹر حیدرآباد میونسپل کارپوریشن کے فوڈ سیفٹی ٹیم نے پِستہ ہاؤس ریسٹورنٹس کے بارے میں کئی شکایات کے بعد گریٹرحیدرآباد کے حدود میں واقع 25 ریسٹورنٹس کا معائنہ کیا اور 23 کھانے کے نمونے لئے۔



جی ایچ ایم سی کے ایڈیشنل کمشنر نے ایک بیان میں بتایا کہ کچن میں صفائی کا بہت خراب حال تھا۔ جگہ جگہ فرش ٹوٹا ہوا تھا، دھونے والے علاقوں میں پانی جمع تھا، کوڑے کے ڈبے بغیر ڈھکے تھے، گٹر میں آلودگی روکنے والے ٹولز نہیں تھے، فریج اچھی طرح صاف نہیں تھے، چمنی چکنائی سے بھری اور گندی تھی، اور وہاں مکھیاں تھی۔



اسٹور کرنے کی جگہوں پر کچھ کھانے کی اشیاء زمین پر رکھی ہوئی تھیں، کھانے پینے کی چیزیں اور غیر کھانے کی چیزیں ایک ساتھ رکھی گئی تھیں، اور ٹھنڈی جگہوں (کولڈ رومز) میں درجہ حرارت کا حساب کتاب ٹھیک سے نہیں رکھا گیا تھا

Congratulations to Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology (A) for securing 4th position overall in the Osmania University Inter-College Tournament (A.Y. 2024–25), achieving a total of 12 points. The team won Gold Medals in Karate and Judo, and Silver Medals in Wrestling (Free Style), Wushu, and Best Physique.
The award was presented on 8th August 2025 at Centenary Hall, Prof. G Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University, Hyderabad, by Chief Guest Prof. M. Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Osmania University, and Guest of Honour Prof. G. Naresh Reddy, Registrar, OU. The award was received by Physical Director, Mohammed Habeeb. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship!

Apart from this, 2 international players won Gold Medals, 1 national player secured a Bronze Medal, 9 students represented in national-level events, and 80 state championships were achieved across various competitions in 2024-25.

*Petition in High Court for the cancellation of HYDRAA*

A petitioner named Lakshmi has said that HYDRAA was formed in violation of the rules.

The petitioner demanded the annulment of GO 99 brought by the government for the establishment of HYDRAA.

As per Act officers of GHMC cannot be transferred to any other authority but government has transferred GHMC officers to HYDRAA.

As per GO 99, HYDRAA Officer should be an officer of All India Services or Government Secretary.

But now a person has been appointed in HYDRAA who is not an All India Services Officer.

The government has been directed to file a counter.

The High Court adjourned further hearing of the case for two weeks.
