Sometimes we don’t need to scream our pain to the world.
Sometimes… healing happens in the quiet.

Not everyone will understand your silence.
But silence doesn’t mean weakness.
It means you’re learning to listen to your soul,
to your breath,
to the tiny pieces of your heart that are still learning how to beat again.

You cry at night, and no one sees.
You smile in public, and no one knows.
But you know.
You know the battles you’re fighting.
You know the strength it takes to get up each day and keep going.

🌙 So tonight, take a deep breath.
Forgive yourself.
Let your silence speak peace into your heart.
And remember:
Healing isn’t loud. It’s sacred. 💫

کبھی کبھی درد کو لفظوں میں بیان کرنا ضروری نہیں ہوتا۔
کبھی شفا صرف خاموشی میں ملتی ہے۔

ہر کوئی آپ کی خاموشی کو نہیں سمجھے گا،
لیکن خاموشی کمزوری نہیں ہے،
یہ اس لمحے کا نام ہے جب آپ اپنی روح کی سن رہے ہوتے ہیں،
اپنی سانسوں کی،
اپنے دل کے ان ٹوٹے حصوں کی جو دوبارہ دھڑکنا سیکھ رہے ہیں۔

راتوں کو آپ کی آنکھوں سے آنسو بہتے ہیں،
اور دن میں چہرے پر مسکراہٹ ہوتی ہے۔
لوگ کچھ نہیں جانتے…
لیکن آپ جانتے ہیں۔
آپ جانتے ہیں کہ روز جینا کیسا چیلنج ہے،
روز لڑنا کیسا حوصلہ مانگتا ہے۔

🌙 آج رات، ایک گہری سانس لیں،
خود کو معاف کریں،
اور اپنی خاموشی کو شفا کا ذریعہ بننے دیں۔
یاد رکھیں:
شفا ہمیشہ شور میں نہیں، بلکہ خاموشی میں ہوتی ہے۔ 💫
