“If you don't build your dreams, someone will hire to build theirs dreams." In simple words, if you don't work hard to achieve your goals, someone will use you to achieve their goals. In simple words there are many ways they may use you, such as:
1.They may use you as a labourer.
2. They may use you as a worker.
3. They may use you as a cleaner.
4. They may use you as a driver.
5. They may also use you as an employee.

You may think you work in those places to earn money. And by working there as a labour,worker, driver or employee, you think you are a successful man/ women.
But you need to understand that you are still not a successful man/women because you are still under someone's leadership i.e. you are still doing a job that others are providing for you to achieve their dreams and goals.
If you are still working under someone's control and authority such as house/office or company, how can you say/claim that you are a successful man/women.
Successful are those who provide jobs for others. Successful are those who have complete freedom from all individuals.
