STRATEGIES YOU SHOULD CONSIDER WHILE ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK FOR CLIENTS!

✅ Optimize your Ads for Conversions and not Traffic
If the final goal of your strategy is to get sales, you will need to set the objective of the campaign to ‘Optimize for Purchase’. This needs to be the goal after you have told your audience about your brand, have engaged with them in prior engagement, video views, or other traffic methods. This way while using conversion campaigns Facebook will be showing the ad to people who are most likely to buy your course.
✅ Use Retargeting
Retargeting is necessary for those who engaged with our ads. Just target those individuals who left different pages of the funnel, for example; Landing Page, Sales Page, Add to Cart, Checkout Page, FB or Insta Page Engagers, Post Engagers, Video Viewers, and so on. We can grant discounts, offers, freebies, and other awesome techniques to make them purchase only from you.
✅ Start to Target Lookalike Audiences👥
Once you are done with setting up events, we will get all data of page views, purchases, and more. Using this information you can target lookalike audiences who would buy from you. It's better to test 1 to 5% of Add to Cart or Buyer's Lookalike Audience in different adsets so as to increase your CTR and Conversion rates.
✅ Split Campaign into multiple Small Sets 🔥
When your campaign is targeting more segments like interest, gender, age, city, it’s better to split them into smaller targets in order to find out which one drives better results. This will enable us to find the right audience that brings better ROAS or Cost per conversion. Although this may be expensive in the first round we can get precise at our targeting and not waste budget unwantedly with broad targeting.
So for instance, we target men and women who would buy the course in US and Canada who are interested in entrepreneurship or similar, you will need to break your ad sets into the following
• Men, 18–45, US, Audience 1
• Women, 18-45, US, Audience 1
• Men, 18-45, Canada, Audience 1
• Women, 18-45, Canada, Audience 1
• Men, 18–45, US, Audience 2, and so on.
✅ Using Multiple types of Creatives
Once set with Audiences now it’s time to choose the best techniques available on Facebook to showcase your course. You can use Video, images, or even a carousel. This will help increase CTR and conversions from these campaigns on each of them.
✅ Scaling the Ads 💪
We now have to enter the Scaling phase by taking all best-performing ad sets if you have multiple campaigns and grouping them into one CBO campaign and increasing the budget. But make sure to split up the campaigns based on – Lookalike, Retargeting, and Best performing audiences.
Once we are seeing results we can increase the budget by 20 – 30%. After 3 to 4 days if we are seeing good ROAS, consider duplicating the campaign more times and target different areas, cities, or countries where you would like to market your course so you can make even better sales.
