✨ How One Project Opened the Doors to Many Opportunities ✨

When I started , I had no idea how one project could change the course of our journey.

Our first major project was none other than Bandhan Bank, with a project value of ₹1.2 Cr. From the very beginning, it was a challenge and an opportunity rolled into one. Every detail had to reflect precision, functionality, and aesthetics – because it wasn’t just an office, it was a space that would host trust, relationships, and growth.

We poured our dedication into completing the project successfully, and the result spoke for itself.

But the real story began after the completion.

👉 The completed Bandhan Bank project became our best portfolio.

👉 Visitors and clients walking into that space were impressed, and soon enquiries started coming in.

👉 That one opportunity gave birth to multiple others – cafes, QSRs, residences, and corporate offices.

It taught me one powerful lesson:

💡 When you deliver excellence, your work becomes your biggest marketing tool.

Today, whenever I look back, Bandhan Bank isn’t just our first big project – it’s the project that gave us credibility, visibility, and trust in the market.

✨ From 0 Clients to 450+ Projects – The Journey of ✨

Back in 2019, I started Near Me Interiors with no clients, no big network, and just one thing – a vision. A vision to create spaces that don’t just look beautiful, but also work beautifully.

The beginning wasn’t easy. Convincing people to trust a new brand in interiors required not only creativity but also persistence. Slowly, project by project, we built trust, and that trust turned into recommendations.

Today, in just a few years, I feel humbled to share that Near Me Interiors has successfully worked with 450+ clients across:
🏡 Residential projects
🏢 Commercial offices
☕ QSRs, Cafes & Restaurants
💪 Gyms & Lifestyle spaces

And not just in Kolkata, but also in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

Along this journey, I’ve learned a few important lessons:
🔑 Good Design is Problem-Solving – Interior design is not only about colors and furniture, it’s about understanding people, functionality, and flow.
🌐 Digital Marketing is a Game Changer – In today’s world, if you don’t showcase your work online, you remain invisible. Most of our leads have come through digital platforms because people search for solutions before they search for designers.
💡 Self-Promotion is not Ego, it’s Awareness – If you don’t talk about your work, no one else will. Every post, every story, every design detail shared online builds credibility.
🤝 Consistency Builds Trust – Clients don’t just buy designs, they buy confidence in your ability to deliver.

From a small beginning to now designing cafes where people hang out, gyms that inspire fitness, homes that reflect personalities, and offices that empower productivity – this journey has been incredible.

And this is just the beginning 🚀.

Hello everyone,
My name is Aashish, and I am 26 years old. I come from a small village in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, where dreams often take a back seat to survival. But I always believed that if you have the courage to dream big and the determination to act on it, anything is possible.

With that belief, I started my journey in the world of interior design. It was never easy—limited resources, lack of exposure, and countless challenges stood in the way. But step by step, I learned, worked hard, and kept moving forward.

Today, I am building Near Me Interiors Community, a growing interior design brand in India. Our vision is simple yet powerful:

In 2012, when I had the incredible opportunity to work with , I was fortunate enough to listen to over 120+ entrepreneurs and leaders from various fields. The knowledge and insights I gained during that time were invaluable, and I’m grateful for the experience.

Little did I know that these lessons would help shape the path to building my dream startup—Near Me Interiors—which I launched in 2015. What began as a vision to make a difference in the interior design industry has evolved into a mission to empower interior designers and architects in India.

At Near Me Interiors, we’re not just a design company—we’re creating a community. A community where interior designers, architects, and industry professionals can come together, collaborate, and grow.

But here’s the thing… we are facing some significant challenges in our industry. As interior designers in India, we often deal with:
