Short SMCs meeting was conducted in the school under the chairmanship of Shree R B Limboo Hon’ble Panchayat President of Nambu Sindrabung GPU who is the advisor of School Management Committee today in the school to discuss and finalise the date of inauguration of newly constructed School Library building.The meeting began with the welcome speech presented by school Headmaster Sri G M S***a.Simultaneously he also placed the main agendas of the meeting.Meeting was also addressed by Shree R B Limboo Hon’ble Panchayat President of said GPU with details plan and its strategy.There was an also open discussion where various things had been discussed and finalised.The house had unanimously agreed and passed the following resolution:
2)The inauguration date has been fixed on 31 July.
2)Celebrations adhoc committee has been constituted headed by its president Shree B B Limboo , General Secretary as School HM and Shri Bal Hang Limboo and others executive members in different posts in order to grant success of the program.
3)Similarly Alumni Association committee of the concerned school have also been given responsibility viz ,stage making, decoration, invitations committees and so on.
4)For the celebrations, SMCs and guardians and wel-wishers need to extend their support and cooperation.
5) Hon’ble Zilla ,Hon’ble Panchayat President and Hon’ble ward panchayat were nominated as advisors of the celebration.
6)Work has to be executed by Monday for the early completion of every pending work.
7) Concerned contractor has given the responsibility of making marble work.Besides that , CBSE meritorious students who excelled in CBSE class X 2025 were also given recognition with cash prizes in presence of esteemed guests in order to encourage them.This year three topper were Mr Meena Hang Limboo , Mr Suhid Limboo and Ms Bhim Hangma Limboo and Ms Suhangma Limboo.They had been hand over 3000/ 2500/ and 2000/ with flower bouquet respectively.This initiatives has been taken by Dr Bhim S***a Asstt.professor of Hyderabad University who is belong from Rimbik village itself.The main motives behind to sponsor this reward is to motivate the students in a academic.In the program, Smt.Ran Maya Limboo mother of Dr Bhim S***a were also present.Similarly, School Headmaster and staffs and SMCs have expressed their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr Bhim and family for extending their support for the welfare and betterment of the students.During the program, School HM and esteemed guests also congratulated the students who able to excel in CBSE with good percentage.Students were also expressed their gratitude to Dr Bhim and his family for their farsighted work for the sake of students.Program wrapped up with the vote of thanks placed by Mr Sudhan Limboo SMC member.Mr S.T.Bhutia( Teacher) were the host.Minutes of the meeting had drawn by Ms Bipana Rai GTM.PHOTO BY: Mr Kiran Limboo ( School staff).
