*Arrest of (05) online gaming fraudsters for cheating through fake gaming platforms in Cr. No.: 2473/2025 U/Sec: 2(37), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) r/w 3(5) BNS and Sec. 66-C, 66-D of IT Act, 2000–2008 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad*
The Cyber Crime Police along with SOT, Cyberabad arrested (05) accused persons involved in online gaming frauds by supplying bank accounts and SIM cards to a cyber gang. The gang manipulated innocent victims through fake gaming platforms showing unreal profits and collected large sums of money.
The arrested accused are 1) Doppalapudi Naveen Kumar, 2) Vankadri Sandeep Kumar, 3) Chintalapati Prudhvi Ramaraju, 4) Chintalapati Pavan Venkata Naga Bharadwaj, and 5) Mamidisetti Ramanjaneyulu.
The accused operated through Telegram and WhatsApp groups, supplying over 120 bank accounts for fraudulent transactions. They were employed by one Sathyanarayana Verma and managed funds through the gaming portal Dodge book777 hosted on the Supago website. The total transactions are yet to be identified and so far amount about ₹14,00,000/-.is in these accounts which is being seized.

02 Laptops, 30 Mobiles, 32 Cheque Books, 23 ATM Cards, and 48 SIM Cards.
Citizens are advised not to share OTPs, PINs, or bank details and to avoid online betting and gaming apps.
The case is investigated by G. Vijay Kumar, Inspector of Police, Cyber Crimes PS, Cyberabad, under the close supervision of A. Ravindra Reddy, ACP, Cyber Crimes, Cyberabad.
