𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 ₹𝟯𝟰𝟱 𝗖𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁

HARMAN International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, recently announced a significant investment of ₹345 crores (USD 42 million) to expand its automotive electronics manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. With this commitment, HARMAN’s cumulative investment in the Pune plant since 2014 now totals ₹554 crores (USD 67 million).

The plant, which already serves major Indian OEMs like Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki India Limited, and exports to North America and Europe, is poised to manufacture the advanced HARMAN Ready Connect 5G and 4G telematics solutions, reinforcing the Government of India’s “Make in India, for the World” vision.
