🧱 1. Identify & Stop the Source of Seepage

Inspect both external and internal walls for cracks or leakage points.

Common sources:

Cracks in walls or roof

Leaking plumbing or bathroom walls

Dampness from adjacent wet areas (like bathrooms or kitchens)

Fix the source before doing any surface treatment.

💧 2. Surface Preparation

Scrape off all loose, blistered, or flaking paint completely using a wire brush or paint scraper.

Allow the surface to dry completely (use fans, sunlight, or dehumidifier if needed).

🧪 3. Apply Waterproofing Treatment
