Claiming it takes three steps:
1. Search for your name, specialty or licence details
2. Open your profile
3. Choose "Claim this profile" to start document review

Every field shows where it came from:
• Public registry — taken from your regulator
• Self-reported — added by you after claiming
• MedXL Verified — confirmed against published requirements, with a date
