Special Delicious Egg Curry Recipe in Hindi- स्वादिष्ट अंडा करी - Healthy Egg Curry
This is a very Famous Recipe made by most of you all but I am making it by considering that it must be healthy and less spicy. So you all must try it for at least once. In this process I am twisted the use of ingredients in the prospective of health caring. Some are I want to point out:
1stly, I used Plain curd lastly instead of using it in the time of frying the masalas. Becasuse Frying of any ingredients reduces it's nutritional value.
2ndly, I never fry the ingredients deeply. Generally I used to do it either Semi Dry or Less Dry.
3rdly, I used only 1.5 Teaspoon M. Oil to make the whole recipe including the Fry of Eggs.
4thly, I didn't used any kind of Masalas like sabji masalas, Garam Masalas etc. I used whole Cardimom, Cinemon powder and Black Pepper Powder.
So these are the simple twist of the use of recipies for making it Healthy as well as tasty.
Ingredients are:
Boiled Egg .................................. Two Whole
Corn Flour.................................... One TS
Black Pepper................................ 1.5 TS
Turmeric Powder.......................... 1.5 TS
M. Oil............................................ 1.5 TS
Panch Furan (Mixed of Whole Methi, Kali Jeera, Jeera, Pan Jeera) .............. 1 TS
Dry Chilli........................................ 2 Nos.
Chopped Onion............................. One Bowl
Water Garlic Ginger Paste............ Two TS
Chopped Onion............................. One Bowl
Chopped Fresh Capsicum.One Medium Size
Plain Curd..................................... One TS
WATER 1.5 Glass
Salt to Taste
