🌙जब मन दुखी हो और भक्ति में मन न लगे, तो समझो कि मानसिक अशांति और अनियंत्रित विचार इसके कारण हैं।

☀️उपाय:

🧘‍♀️ध्यान और ध्यानाभ्यास: रोजाना ध्यान करने से मन को एकाग्रता और शांति मिलती है। मानसिक शांति के बिना भक्ति संभव नहीं है।

🌿पवित्र ग्रंथों का अध्ययन: भगवद गीता, रामायण, उपनिषद जैसे पवित्र ग्रंथों का पाठ करना चाहिए। ये ग्रंथ मन को शांति और भक्ति का मार्ग दिखाते हैं।

🌿सत्संग और साधु-समागम: सत्संग में शामिल होने और साधु-संत के समागम से मन को शांति और प्रेरणा मिलती है।

🙏🏼📿जप और प्रार्थना: ईश्वर के नाम का जप करना और प्रार्थना करना भी मन को शांत और एकाग्र करता है।

🪐सेवा और दान: सेवा और दान के माध्यम से मन को संतुष्टि और प्रसन्नता मिलती है, जो भक्ति में सहायक होती है।

🪔आचार्य और गुरु का मार्गदर्शन: गुरु या आचार्य के मार्गदर्शन से व्यक्ति अपनी आध्यात्मिक यात्रा में आगे बढ़ सकता है और मन को शांति मिलती है।

🌙भगवद गीता में श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं:

📿"मन्मना भव मद्भक्तो मद्याजी मां नमस्कुरु,
मामेवैष्यसि युक्त्वैवमात्मानं मत्परायणः।"
(भगवद गीता 9.34)

निष्कर्ष:

🪔भक्ति में मन लगाने के लिए मानसिक शांति, शुद्ध आचार-विचार, ध्यान, सत्संग, जप और प्रार्थना अत्यंत आवश्यक हैं। इन उपायों को अपनाकर व्यक्ति अपने मन को भक्ति में स्थिर और एकाग्र कर सकता है, जिससे उसका दुःख दूर होता है और उसे आत्मानंद का अनुभव होता है।
