Upon receiving a credible information, the staff of Rajendranagar Police and SOT Rajendranagar Zone Team Near Exit No. 17 of the ORR Toll at Rajendranagar. On 10-07-2025 at 1800hrs, identified and intercepted two cars, and apprehended the six accused including five male and one female.
On through search, seized 30 pockets weighing 60 KGs of G***a found in Maruthi Swift car and 48 KGs of G***a found in Maruthi Ignis Car in possession of the accused. The accused have contacted on Pawan Deep @ Jeevan. R/o Odisha State, who is a G***a supplier and went to him and procured G***a from Odisha transporting to Pune via Visakhapatnam. Vijayawada, Suryapet, and Hyderabad through the Outer Ring Road, they were apprehended.
All the accused hail from Pune Dist., MH and four of them have previous criminal history. The Al was earlier arrested in NDPS case in Kodad PS of Suryapet Dist. The Al has been involving in G***a transportation for about 4 years.
The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, appreciated the commendable efforts and joint operation by the SOT Rajendranagar team, along with the Rajendranagar Police Station staff.
