An incredible moment for Indian wildlife conservation! 🐆 The elusive Caracal has been sighted in Madhya Pradesh after nearly two decades!

This significant discovery, confirmed through camera trap images by the dedicated monitoring efforts of Wildlife Institute of India (WII) in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department. With fewer than 50 Caracals estimated to remain in the wild in India, this sighting offers a hope for this rare species.
