Their attempts to appease each comment—whether the son should ride, the father should ride, or both should ride—lead to ridicule and confusion, culminating in them trying to carry the donkey themselves. Finally they understand that you cannot please everyone. You should listen to everyone but do what you think right.

Dear children.This is a funny story about the cleverness of Tenaliram.Tenaliram was the court jester and chief advisor of king Krishna Deva Raya of Vijaynagar. Tenaliram was the favourite courtier of King Krishna Deva Raya, because of his wise,clever and witty nature.He could handle responsibilities very well.
As such many courtiers were jealous of him and always tried to create trouble for Tenaliram .But Tenaliram was too clever to fall in their trapIn this story Tenaliram very cleverly fools the commander who plots against Tenaliram.
