Vidyut Sahayaks Protest Job Delays; Congress Joins the Fight

A wave of frustration surged outside Vadodara’s MGVCL office as Vidyut Sahayak candidates, having cleared recruitment exams, protested against the denial of permanent job placements. Youths from over six districts converged to demand an end to the FRT contract model and press for long-overdue regular appointments. The scene quickly intensified, prompting authorities to deploy police to maintain order. The protest gained political momentum when newly appointed Gujarat Congress President Amit Chavda, joined by senior party leaders, arrived in solidarity with the demonstrators. Congress seized the moment to launch a scathing critique of the BJP’s employment policies, calling them hollow promises that fail the very youth they claim to empower.

વડોદરાની MGVCL કચેરી બહાર વિદ્યુત સહાયક ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા ભારે વિરોધ જોવા મળ્યો હતો.પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવા છતાં નોકરી આપવામાં ન આવતા ઉમેદવારોમાં ભારે રોષ ફેલાયો છે. છ થી વધુ જિલ્લાઓમાંથી આવેલા યુવાનો કાયમી ભરતીની માંગ સાથે એકત્ર થયા હતા અને FRT કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ પ્રક્રિયા બંધ કરવાની માંગ ઉઠાવી હતી વિરોધને પગલે ઘટનાસ્થળે પોલીસ બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવાયો હતો,વિધુત સહાયકોને કોંગ્રેસનું સમર્થન મળ્યું હતું કોંગ્રેસના નવનિયુક્ત પ્રદેશ પ્રમુખ અમિત ચાવડા સહીત કોંગ્રેસ અગ્રણીઓ અને નેતાઓએ સ્થળ પર પોહોચી વિરોધ પ્રદર્શનના જોડાયા હતા.કોંગ્રેસે ભાજપની રોજગારી નીતિ પર આકરા પ્રહારો કર્યા હતા.

GujCTOC Invoked: Chui Gang Faces Heat in Vadodara Crackdown

In a decisive move, Vadodara Police Commissioner Narsimha Kaumare has initiated a major crackdown on organized crime, invoking the Gujarat Control of Terr0rism and Organized Crime Act (GujCTOC) against the city’s infamous ‘Chui Gang’. Accused in over 128 serious criminal cases, this gang has long instilled fear across Vadodara and its outskirts. The gang's criminal footprint and brazenness had fueled growing public demand for strict action. That day has now arrived. The action targets seven core members, including the ringleader Suraj alias Chui Kahar, along with Krunal Kahar, Pradeep alias Jadio Thakkar, Parth alias Sonu Brahmbhatt, Ravi Machhi, Deepakbhai Kahar, and Arun Machhi. The move marks a significant milestone in the city’s fight against organized crime. Even prominent names in Vadodara are reportedly rattled by the boldness of this enforcement sweep. Justice, it seems, has finally knocked on the right door.

‘ચુઇ ગેંગ’ સામે ગુજસીટોક! પોલીસના સપાટાથી નામચીનો પણ ફફડી ઉઠ્યા!

વડોદરા શહેર પોલીસ કમિશનર નરસિંહમાં કૌમારે સપાટો બોલાવતા 128 જેટલા ગંભીર ગુનાઓમાં સંડોવાયેલ ‘ચુઇ ગેંગ’ સામે ગુજસીટોક હેઠળ કાર્યવાહી કરી છે,‘ચુઇ ગેંગ’ તરીકે જાણીતી ટોળકી વડોદરા અને આસપાસના વિસ્તારોમાં પોતાનો ખોફ ફેલાવી સતત ગંભીર પ્રકારના ગુનાઓને અંજામ આપતા હતા,‘ચુઇ ગેંગ’ સામે છેલ્લા ઘણા સમયથી આકરી કાર્યવાહીની રજુઆત થતી હતી ત્યારે અંતે ‘ચુઇ ગેંગ’ના મુખ્ય સૂત્રધાર સુરજ ઉર્ફે ચુઇ કહાર સહીત કૃણાલ કહાર,પ્રદિપ ઉર્ફે જાડીયો ઠકકર,પાર્થ ઉર્ફે સોનુ બ્રહ્મભટ્ટ,રવિ માછી,દિપકભાઇ કહાર અને અરૂણ માછી મળી 7 સામે ગુજસીટોક લગાવી કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે,‘ચુઇ ગેંગ’સામેની કાર્યવાહીથી વડોદરાના નામચીનો પણ ફફડી ઉઠ્યા છે.

ગુજરાત ATSએ અલકાયદા સાથે સંકળાયેલા ચાર શંકાસ્પદ વ્યક્તિઓની ધરપકડ કરી છે. જેમાંથી ત્રણ ગુજરાતના અને એક અન્ય રાજ્યનો હોવાનું જાણવા મળ્યું છે. આ વ્યક્તિઓ અલકાયદાની આતંકવાદી વિચારો સાથે સંકળાયેલા હતા અને સોશિયલ મીડિયા તથા કેટલાક શંકાસ્પદ એપ્લિકેશન દ્વારા તેમની વિચારધારાનો ફેલાવો કરી રહ્યા હતા.હાલ ગુજરાત ATS દ્વારા ચારેયની સઘન પૂછપરછ શરૂ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે અને ટેરર નેટવર્કના બીજા કનેકશન શોધવાની કાર્યવાહી આગળ વધી રહી છે.

Food Checks Across Vadodara: Notices Sent to Four Units

Vadodara Municipal Corporation's Food Department didn’t let day two go dull; its ongoing inspection drive picked up steam, collecting food samples from 26 locations, including hostels, colleges, canteens, and restaurants. Areas like Akota, Polytechnic, Bhayli, and Diwalipura saw thorough checks by Food Safety Officers. However, not all passed the taste of scrutiny. Samras Government Girls Hostel, Polytechnic Campus, Navrachana University (Bhayli), and SNDT College (Akota and Diwalipura Nursing College) were found lacking. As a result, these institutions were served with formal Schedule-4 notices.

આજે બીજા દિવસે પણ વડોદરા મહાનગર પાલિકાના ખોરાક શાખાએ ચેકીંગ હાથ ધર્યું હતું,પાલિકા ખોરાક શાખાએ હોસ્ટેલ, કોલેજ, કેન્ટીન અને રેસ્ટોરન્ટ મળી 26 સ્થેળેથી નમુનાઓ લીધા હતા.ખોરાક શાખાના ફૂડ સેફ્ટી ઓફિસરોએ પોલીટેકનીક,અકોટા,કારેલીબાગ,કલાદર્શન,માંજલપુર,ભાયલી,દિવાળીપુરા અને ઓલ્ડ પાદરા રોડ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા ખાદ્ય એકમો પર તપાસ કરી હતી,ત્યારે સમરસ ગવર્મેન્ટ ગલ્સ હોસ્ટેલ,પોલીટેકનીક કેમ્પસ, નવરચના યુનિ. ભાયલી,કેળવણી ટ્રસ્ટ એસ.એન.ડી.ટી. કોલેજ,અકોટા અને દિવાળીપુરા નર્સિંગ કોલેજમાં ખામી જોવા મળતા શીડ્યુલ-4 ની નોટિસ આપવામાં આવી હતી.
