ACB Also Probing Possible Role of Warasiya PI in Bribery Case

In the bribery case that has generated widespread discussion within the Vadodara city police circles, ACB Deputy Director Baldev Desai shared details with the media. He stated that a builder had carried out construction on land owned by the complainant, following which the complainant submitted an application at the Warasiya Police Station. It was alleged that the accused, Suresh Tolani, demanded a bribe of ₹5 lakh to convert the application into an FIR. However, Suresh Tolani was caught in an ACB trap while accepting the bribe.During the investigation, the name of the Warasiya Police Inspector (PI) also surfaced in connection with the case. Addressing this, Deputy Director Baldev Desai clarified that no concrete evidence regarding the role of the Warasiya PI has been found so far. He added that the investigation is ongoing in that direction, and appropriate action will be taken against the PI as well if evidence emerges.

વડોદરા શહેર પોલીસ બેડામાં ખુબ ચર્ચા જગાવનાર લાંચકેસમાં એસીબીના નાયબ નિયામક બળદેવ દેસાઇએ મીડિયાને માહિતી આપી હતી,બળદેવ દેસાઇએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે,ફરિયાદીની માલિકીની જમીનમાં બિલ્ડરે બાંધકામ કર્યું હતું આ અંગે ફરિયાદી વારસિયા પોલીસ મથકે અરજી આપી હતી આ જ અરજીને FIRમાં તબદીલ કરવાં આરોપી સુરેશ તોલાનીએ 5 લાખ રૂપિયાની લાંચ માંગી હતી,જોકે એસીબીના છટકામાં સુરેશ તોલાની ઝડપાઇ ગયા હતા દરમિયાન આ લાંચ કેસમાં વારસિયા પીઆઇનું નામ પણ ચગ્યું હતું જોકે આ મામલે નાયબ નિયામક બળદેવ દેસાઇએ કહ્યું હતું કે,વારસિયા પીઆઇની ભૂમિકાનાં પુરાવા હજી મળ્યા નથી પણ તે દિશામાં પણ તપાસ ચાલુ છે અને પુરાવા મળશે તો પીઆઇ વિરુદ્ધ પણ કાર્યવાહી થશે.

Congress Jan Aakrosh Yatra Reaches Vadodara; Strong Protest Against BJP Government

On the day the Chief Minister is scheduled to visit Vadodara, the Gujarat Congress’s Jan Aakrosh Yatra arrived in the city ahead of the visit. Entering Vadodara city from Chhani village, the yatra moved through various parts of the city, with a large number of Congress leaders, office-bearers, and party workers participating.The yatra was organized under the leadership of Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee President Amit Chavda and received a warm welcome at several locations. During the march, strong protests were raised against the BJP government.Addressing the gathering, Amit Chavda made serious allegations against the government, stating that the atmosphere of fear created among the public is gradually breaking. He also accused the BJP of internal conflicts and referred to recent resignations within the party.

100 Youths, Including 10 from Vadodara, Stranded in Myanmar; MLA Takes Action After Videos Surface

Information has emerged that around 10 youths from Vadodara are stranded in Myanmar. More than 100 youths from different states of India reportedly traveled to Myanmar after being promised attractive jobs such as data entry work, but the reality turned out to be very different upon their arrival.For the past 20 days, these youths have had no contact with their families, causing serious concern among relatives. Meanwhile, videos seeking help, recorded by some youths from Sandhasal village in Savli taluka of Vadodara district, surfaced on social media.Following the circulation of these videos, Savli MLA Ketan Inamdar sprang into action and immediately wrote letters to the Prime Minister, the Union Home Minister, the External Affairs Minister, and the Member of Parliament from Vadodara, urging swift action to bring the youths back to India safely.

વડોદરાના લગભગ 10 યુવકો મ્યાનમારમાં ફસાયા હોવાની વિગતો સામે આવી છે.ભારતના વિવિધ રાજ્યોમાંથી 100થી વધુ યુવકોને ડેટા એન્ટ્રી જેવી આકર્ષક નોકરીના વચનમાં મ્યાનમાર પહોંચ્યા બાદ હકીકત અલગ જ હોવાનું સામે આવ્યું છે.છેલ્લા 20 દિવસથી આ યુવકોનો તેમના પરિવાર સાથે કોઈ સંપર્ક ન થતાં પરિજનો ભારે ચિંતામાં છે ત્યારે વડોદરા જિલ્લાના સાવલી તાલુકાના સંધાસલ ગામમાંથી કેટલાક યુવકો દ્વારા મદદ માગતો વીડિયો સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર સામે આવ્યો હતો વિડીયો બાદ સાવલીના ધારાસભ્ય કેતન ઇનામદાર પણ એક્શનમાં જોવા મળ્યા હતા અને ત્વરિત પ્રધાનમંત્રી, ગૃહમંત્રી, વિદેશમંત્રી, વડોદરા સાંસદને પત્ર લખી યુવાનોને પરત ભારત લાવવા અપીલ કરી હતી.

Theft Case Solved in Makarpura GIDC; Stolen Property Recovered

Rising incidents of theft in the Makarpura GIDC area of Vadodara had caused concern among industrialists. In this situation, the Manjalpur Police achieved a significant breakthrough by apprehending a gang involved in multiple theft cases in the area.Based on continuous patrolling and specific intelligence inputs, the police arrested the group that was carrying out thefts in the Makarpura GIDC region. During interrogation after the arrests, four house-breaking theft cases were successfully solved.The accused have been identified as Divyang alias Nano Rana, Arvind Singh alias Happy Sardar, Jaimin Shinde, Pratik Solanki, and Mitesh Parmar. The gang reportedly targeted closed factories and warehouses during nighttime hours. Police have also recovered the stolen property from the accused.

વડોદરાના મકરપુરા GIDC વિસ્તારમાં વધતી ચોરીની ઘટનાઓથી ઉદ્યોગકારોમાં ચિંતા ફેલાઈ હતી ત્યારે માંજલપુર પોલીસે મહત્વની સફળતા મેળવી છે. સતત પેટ્રોલિંગ અને મળેલી ગુપ્ત બાતમીના આધારે પોલીસે ચોર ટોળકીને ઝડપી છે જે મકરપુરા GIDC વિસ્તારમાં ચોરીની ઘટનાઓને અંજામ આપતો હતો.આરોપીની ધરપકડ બાદ કરવામાં આવેલી પૂછપરછમાં ઘરફોડ ચોરીના કુલ ચાર ગુનાઓ ઉકેલાયા હોવાનું સામે આવ્યું છે.પોલીસે દિવ્યાંગ ઉર્ફે નાનું રાણા, અરવિંદ સીંગ ઉર્ફે હેપ્પી સરદાર,જૈમિન શિંદે, પ્રતીક્ સોલંકી અને મિતેષ પરમાર રાત્રિના સમયે બંધ કારખાના અને ગોડાઉનને નિશાન બનાવતો હતા પોલીસ દ્વારા ચોરાયેલો મુદ્દામાલ પણ કબ્જે કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. માંજલપુર પોલીસની આ કાર્યવાહીથી વિસ્તારમાં રહેલા વેપારીઓ અને ઉદ્યોગકારોમાં રાહતનો શ્વાસ લેવાયો છે.

Person Held by ACB for Seeking Bribe in Name of PI

A serious allegation has surfaced in Vadodara involving a demand for a bribe in the name of the Police Inspector (PI) of Warasiya Police Station. It has been revealed that a demand of ₹5 lakh was made in exchange for not filing a complaint in a land dispute case.As per the deal, ₹2.50 lakh was to be paid before filing the complaint, with the remaining amount to be paid later. In this case, Sureshbhai Ramchand Tolani was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe. He was apprehended during a trap laid by the Ahmedabad Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) from a shop named Anubhav Enterprise in Vadodara.Based on recorded conversations related to the bribe demand and the recovery of cash, a case has been registered against the accused. The ACB has seized the bribe amount and initiated further investigation. Authorities are also examining the possibility of involvement of other individuals in the case.

પીઆઈના નામે ત્રાહિત વ્યક્તિ લાંચ માંગતા એસીબીએ દબોચી લીધો!

વડોદરામાં વારસિયા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના પીઆઈના નામે લાંચ માંગવાનો ગંભીર આરોપ સામે આવ્યો છે. જમીન વિવાદના મામલે ફરિયાદ ન કરવા બદલ 5 લાખની માંગણી કરાઈ હોવાનું બહાર આવ્યું છે. સોદા મુજબ ફરિયાદ પહેલા 2.50 લાખ અને બાદમાં બાકી રકમ આપવાની ડીલ નક્કી કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ સમગ્ર મામલે સુરેશભાઈ રામચંદ તોલાણી લાંચ લેતા રંગે હાથ ઝડપાયા હતા. અમદાવાદ ACB દ્વારા ગોઠવાયેલ છટકામાં તેમને વડોદરાની અનુભવ એન્ટરપ્રાઇઝ નામની દુકાનમાંથી ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી હતી અને લાંચ અંગેની હેતુલક્ષી વાતચીત અને રકમના પુરાવા આધારે આરોપી સામે ગુનો નોંધાયો છે. ACBએ લાંચની રકમ કબજે કરી વધુ તપાસ શરૂ કરી છે, જેમાં અન્ય સંડોવણી હોવાની શક્યતા પણ તપાસાઈ રહી છે.

ક્યારેક જીવન માં થોભવું જરૂરી છે. કુદરતી ઈશારા પણ ઉપરવાળો આપતો હોય છે. છતાં પણ જો આપણે સુપરમેન કે સુપર વુમન છે એમ સમજી દરકાર રાખ્યા વગર જો આગળ વધી જઈએ , એ પછી કોઈ કામ હોય કે સબંધ ની વાત હોય કે પછી સિગ્નલ . ફાઈન ભરવો પડતો હોય છે. કામ માં ફેલ થઇ ને , સબંધો માં આત્મ સન્માન ખોઈ ને કે પછી સિગ્નલ પર દંડ ભરી ને. જરૂરી નથી કે આગળ વધવામાં નેગેટીવ જ પરિણામ મળે. હા એ હકારાત્મક ઘટના માટે કદાચ નેગેટીવ જરૂર બની શકે. કારણ કે અંતે તો એ સબક જ છે. જે જિંદગી આપણ ને કદમ કદમ પર શીખવાડે છે. જેમકે દૂધ નો દાઝેલો છાશ પણ ફૂકી ફૂકી ને પીવે . કેમ બરાબર ને. કેમ કે આતો સમય નું ચક્ર છે. જીવન નું ચક્ર છે. એ ફર્યા જ કરશે. ફક્ત આપણે શીખવાનું છે. ક્યા આગળ વધવું છે અને ક્યાં મર્યાદા રાખવાની છે.

Youth Seriously Injured After Moped Skids; CCTV Footage Emerges

Road accidents continue to raise concern in Vadodara. In another unfortunate incident, a young man met with a serious accident near Diwalipura Court Road. Suresh Chaudhary, a mechanical engineer employed with ONGC, was riding his moped when it suddenly skidded, causing him to suffer severe injuries.He was immediately shifted to Sayaji Hospital for medical treatment through a 108 ambulance. Due to critical head injuries, he could not be saved despite medical efforts. CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced, showing the moped skidding on the road.

વડોદરામાં અકસ્માતનો સિલસિલો અટકતો નથી વધુ એક અકસ્માતમાં આશાસ્પદ યુવાનનું કરુણ મોત થયું છે.વડોદરાના દિવાળીપુરા કોર્ટ રોડ પાસે ONGCના કર્મચારી મેકેનિકલ એન્જીનીયર સુરેશ ચૌધરી મોપેડ લઈ પસાર થઇ રહ્યાં હતા તે દરમિયાન તેમનું મોપેડ સ્લીપ ખાઈ જતા ચાલક સુરેશ ચૌધરીને ગંભીર ઈજાઓ થઇ હતી,ઘાયલ સુરેશ ચૌધરીને તાતકાલિક 108 મારફતે સારવાર અર્થે સયાજી હોસ્પિટલ ખસેડવામા આવ્યો હતો જ્યાં તબીબોએ તેમને મૃત જાહેર કર્યા હતા.માથાના ભાગે ગંભીર ઈજાઓને કારણે સુરેશભાઈ બચી શક્યા ન હોવાનું માનય છે આ અકસ્માતમાં CCTV સામે આવ્યા છે,જેમાં તેમનું મોપેડ રસ્તામાં સ્લીપ ખાતું જોવા મળી રહ્યું છે.
