, Madhya Pradesh, odisha, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. The people also supports to improve our NGOS programming approach over the year. Bihar always had its independent identity. Its unity is famous from very beginning to till now. During the regime of muslim Bihar had its separate identity. After the battle of Buxer, Shah alam being a weak ruler of Delhi. The revenue of Bengal , bihar and orrisa was handed over to East india company. After taking the administration made many political , economical and social changes. Due to these changes a fix broke out in the heart of public, which resulted in a revolution by Raja chait singh of Banaras in 1780-81. In 1780-81 a revolt also broke but against the East india company at santhal pargana. This state was continuously becoming backward and their leaders were always anxious about it. Which resulted in the feeling of separation of bihar in their heart from Bengal . 1972-73 the bihar state was reorganiged by creating one commissionary and sixteen new districts. Since 1972-73 the state has five commissionaries and 33 disticts. But at present there are nine commissionaries and 38 districts. After the every problems and many revolutions the state has its own identity. Our unity is always in its every vein. The “Unity in Diversity” is its main aim from which people always learn lession and try to carry on it.
