A day after the UN Day for Eliminating Violence Against Women…
Lives are still being LOST.
SILENCE is still protecting ABUSERS.

We live in a world where 50,000 women and girls were murdered in 2024—
not by strangers, not by criminals on the streets,
but by Husbands, Lovers, Fathers, Brothers, and Relatives.

What kind of society is this
where a Woman is safest outside the Home
and most at risk inside her own house?

60% of WOMEN who were killed in 2024 died in their own HOMES.
✓ Read that again. Their own HOMES.
..and yet we stay SILENT because “Family Matters” should not be discussed?

Violence against WOMEN is not a “Private Matter.”
It is a CRIME, a human rights violation, and a Global Emergency.

Silence is VIOLENCE.
Silence is COMPLICITY.
Silence is another FEMICIDE waiting to happen.

Women are not dying because of “Fate.”
They are dying because abusers are
protected by CULTURE,
by EXCUSES,
by DENIAL,
by Neighbours who hear Screams and turn up the TV,
by Families who tell girls to “ADJUST,”
and by Society that still believes a Woman’s Pain is not important enough to Act on.

FEMICIDES don’t happen suddenly.
They happen after a thousand ignored Red Flags.
A thousand BRUISES.
A thousand TEARS wiped away in the dark.

If you see violence—and you stay quiet,
you are not Neutral.
You are part of the Problem.

Break the SILENCE.
Break the CYCLE.
Break the mindset that normalises VIOLENCE.
Because the next 137 DEATHS can still be STOPPED.
If we DARE to act.

Let’s not wait for another November 25 to show concern.
Every single day must be a fight against violence.
Every single VOICE matters.
Yours could Save a Life.

Only 22% of India’s 9+ crore MSMEs are led by WOMEN — The gap remains wide, the challenges persist!

CELEBRATE. EMPOWER. DEMAND ACTION FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS!

Increasing women’s participation in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is more than just empowering individuals — it’s a crucial step for real POVERTY ALLEVIATION, ECONOMIC JUSTICE, and GENDER EQUALITY in India.

Women-led MSMEs contribute significantly to employment and GDP (30% contribution by MSMEs overall) yet WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS face disproportionate barriers:

√ Limited access to formal credit
(less than 10% use formal finance, relying mostly on personal savings or informal loans)

√ High concentration in low-margin, informal, and traditional sectors

√ Systemic neglect in policy implementation and market linkages

√ Socio-cultural constraints especially in rural India where most women liveLack of cohesive support systems covering skills, mentoring, and finance.

This is not just a GENDER GAP—this is a massive ECONOMIC OPPORTUNUTY lost.

Despite rising numbers—from about 1 crore to nearly 2 crore women-led MSMEs in the last decade—the pace of progress is too slow to achieve "Viksit Bharat" without focused, structural reforms.

Supporting WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS must go beyond rhetoric:

• Ensure market access and digital inclusion like ONDC
• Tailored financial products with mentoring and training
• Breaking patriarchal norms that confine women to informal, low-growth enterprises
• Strengthening government initiatives and accountability in their enforcement

Empowering women in business is key to breaking poverty cycles, improving family health, and transforming communities.

Let’s not just celebrate but push for real change—because when women rise, India rises.

AI and the Future of Human Intelligence

Once, our Children’s greatest playground was their own IMAGINATION—shaped by Crayons, not Code.

CURIOSITY was their greatest search engine, and mistakes were the best teachers.

On this Children’s Day, a stark truth demands our attention:
Too much dependence on ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE risks rendering our REAL INTELLIGENCE obsolete.

Today AI can mimic knowledge, but it can never replace the magic of a child’s mind.

If we raise a generation that asks AI for every answer, we may lose the ability to QUESTION at all.

As Sundar Pichai rightly said, “Artificial intelligence is a tool to augment human capabilities, not replace Human Creativity and Wisdom.” Yet, 53% of people believe AI makes our ability to think creatively worse, not better [Pew Research 2025].

On this Children’s Day, let's pledge to protect what makes us beautifully human—the courage to ask QUESTIONS, explore the UNKNOWN, and create beyond the ALGORITHMS.

Let’s not sacrifice the future of our children on the altar of convenience. Instead, let’s champion CRITICAL THINKING, CREATIVITY, and WISDOM—qualities no AI can replace.

The future depends on minds that remain CURIOUS, BOLD, and authentically HUMAN.
