*جموں میں قبائلی نوجوان کی ہلاکت, انصاف کے لیے آواز بلند، آئینی تحقیقات کا مطالبہ*

جموں میں ایک نہتے قبائلی نوجوان کے قتل کے واقعے نے پوری قبائلی برادری کو غم و غصے میں مبتلا کر دیا ہے۔ قبائلی طبقے سے تعلق رکھنے والے *سینئر ایڈوکیٹ شبیر احمد منگرال، ایڈوکیٹ معروف چودھری و وائس چیئرمین سیول سوسائٹی اوڑی طاہر اقبال* نے اس واقعے کی سخت الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہوئے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ اس واقعے کی شفاف اور غیر جانبدارانہ تحقیقات آئینی دائرے میں کی جائے۔ قبائلی رہنماؤں کا کہنا ہے کہ، "ہم یہ جاننا چاہتے ہیں کہ آخر قبائلیوں کے ساتھ مسلسل ناانصافی کیوں ہو رہی ہے؟ نہتے نوجوانوں کو کیوں نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے؟" ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ وہ پرامن اور آئینی طریقے سے اس معاملے کی مکمل جانچ چاہتے ہیں تاکہ سچ سامنے آئے اور جو بھی اس دلخراش واقعے کا ذمہ دار ہو، اسے قانون کے مطابق سخت سزا دی جائے۔ قبائیلی رہنماؤں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ یہ محض ایک شخص کی ہلاکت نہیں بلکہ قبائلی برادری کے اعتماد اور وقار پر حملہ ہے۔ ایسے واقعات سے نہ صرف انسانی حقوق کی پامالی ہوتی ہے بلکہ ملک کے آئینی اصولوں کی بھی خلاف ورزی ہوتی ہے۔ انہوں نے حکومت وقت سے اپیل کی ہے کہ فوری طور پر ایک اعلیٰ سطحی تحقیقاتی کمیٹی قائم کی جائے جو مکمل شفافیت کے ساتھ اس واقعے کی چھان بین کرے، تاکہ مظلوم کو انصاف اور قصوروار کو سزا مل سکے۔
