Mom thinks I make good Rotis. So I am making them for dinner while I am here on the days we choose to have that. In Denmark, we don’t have burners and I really miss the smell of freshly made rotis on a burner. So its a win-win for us.
As usual my husband came to help and was a good chance to show him how they are made. He learned really fast.
