ܓܘ 7 ܡܢ ܐܒ ، ܕܟ݂ܪܚ ܒܟܠ ܐܝܩܪܐ ܕܟ݂ܪܐ ܕܦܪܡܐ ܕܣܡܝܠܝ ܫܢ݇ܬܐ 1933 ، ܕܗܘܐܠܝܗܝ ܕܒ݂ܚܐ ܐܠܦܝܐ ܕܒܪܝܖܐ ܡܢ ܒܢܝ ܥܡܡܢ ܐܬܘܪܝܐ ، ܟܕ ܦܝܫܠܗܘܢ ܡܘܚܖܒ݂ܐ ܥܣܖܬܐ ܕܡܬܘܬܐ ، ܕܗܘܐ ܐܗܐ ܓܕܫܐ ܚܕ ܡܢ ܓܕܫܐ ܡܡܖܥܢܐ ܘܚܫܢܐ ܓܘ ܬܫܥܝܬܐ ܕܥܡܡܢ .
ܐܗܐ ܕܟ݂ܪܐ ܠܐܝܠܗ ܐܚܟܝ ܠܡܚܝܬܐ ܕ ܕܥܒ݂ܪ ، ܐܠܐ ܡܝܩܪܬܐ ܠܖܘܚܘܬܐ ܕܣܗܕܐ ، ܘܚܡܝܬܐ ܥܠ ܬܫܥܝܬܢ ، ܘܗܝܝܘܬܢ ، ܘܠܫܢܢ ، ܘܝܪܬܘܬܢ ، ܘܡܫܢܝܬܗ ܩܐ ܝܘܒܠܐ ܐܬܝܢܐ ، ܕܦܝܫܐ ܕܒ݂ܚܬܝܗܝ ܚܝܬܐ ܓܘ ܥܘܗܕܢܐ .
ܘܒܐܗܐ ܦܘܪܣܐ ، ܖܚܡܐ ܘܚܘܣܝܐ ܥܠ ܪܘܚܐ ܕܟܠܝܗܝ ܣܗܕܐ ܕܥܡܡܢ ܐܬܘܪܝܐ ، ܘܛܠܒܚ ܕܚܝܐ ܥܡܡܢ ܒܫܝܢܐ ܘܫܠܡܐ ، ܘܕܦܝܫ ܕܟ݂ܪܐ ܕܣܗܕܐ ܡܒܘܥܐ ܕܚܝܠܐ ܘ ܚܘܝܕܐ ܘܣܒ݂ܪܐ .
ܫܘܒ݂ܚܐ ܘܪܘܡܪܡܐ ܠܣܗܕܐ ܕܐܘܡܬܐ ܐܬܘܪܝܬܐ .
On August 7, we solemnly commemorate the anniversary of the Simele Massacre of 1933, during which thousands of innocent Assyrians lost their lives, and dozens of villages were destroyed and their inhabitants forcibly displوaced. This tragedy remains one of the darkest and most painful chapters in the history of our Assyrian people.
This commemoration is not only a time to remember the past, but also to honor the memory of the martyrs, preserve our history, identity, language, and cultural heritage, and pass these values on to future generations so that their sacrifices will never be forgotten.
On this occasion, we pay tribute to all the martyrs of our Assyrian nation and pray that our people may live in peace and security. May the memory of our martyrs continue to inspire strength, unity, and hope.

في السابع من آب، نستذكر بكل احترام وإجلال ذكرى مذبحة سميل عام 1933، التي راح ضحيتها آلاف الأبرياء من أبناء شعبنا الآشوري، وتعرضت خلالها عشرات القرى للدمار والتهجير، لتبقى هذه الحادثة واحدة من أكثر الصفحات حزنًا في تاريخ شعبنا.
إن هذه الذكرى ليست فقط لاستذكار الماضي، بل لتكريم أرواح الشهداء، والمحافظة على تاريخنا، وهويتنا، ولغتنا، وتراثنا، ونقل هذه القيم إلى الأجيال القادمة، حتى تبقى تضحياتهم حية في الذاكرة.
وبهذه المناسبة، نترحم على أرواح جميع شهداء شعبنا الآشوري، ونسأل أن ينعم شعبنا بالأمن والسلام، وأن تبقى ذكرى الشهداء مصدر قوة ووحدة وأمل.
