The article titled “Defective Viral Genomes: Emerging Therapeutic Tools for Animal Viral Infections” explores the growing potential of defective viral genomes (DVGs) as innovative antiviral tools in veterinary and medical research.
Conducted by researchers from University of Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Diwaniyah Veterinary Teaching Hospital, the study examines how DVGs may interfere with viral replication, stimulate immune responses, and reduce disease transmission.
