Behold the infernal spawn of Désespéré!

Neminem Occisorum Nominabis Nam Loco Nostro Steterunt is the antithesis of redemption. It is the sonic manifestation of suffering and despair, and a monument of slaughter and the aftermath of such monstrosity.

The scenery is one of sheer nightmare: Corpses mingled and maimed, scattered on the roads and squares, walls painted by the blood and brains of many a slain civilian, demons dancing and laughing through the slaughter, and a night of blood-scented ruins.

Neminem Occisorum Nominabis Nam Loco Nostro Steterunt is the first album in a series of experimental drone/doom/noise endeavours by Harpag Karnik.

Behold Erancnoir's return after more than 6 years with Kahropa, a concept album that will also serve as the soundtrack to Harpag Karnik's upcoming dark fantasy debut novel "Kahropa: The Amber Heart of Apaxtaran" (due for release on March 1, 2026). It is this forlorn sage's longest musical endeavour to date, featuring epic landscapes, sorrowful lyrics, a gloomy winter atmosphere, and otherworldly vocals by a lady of Apaxtari origins.

"Kahropa is the tale of Lady Zaldoxt, the last Zal princess and the final sentinel of the besnowed mountains of Apaxtaran. For generations, the Apaxtari realms have endured murderous onslaughts by the night wights, shadow fiends of unknown origin that descend upon the lands of men from beyond the frozen pinnacles.

Ancient legends speak of a once-majestic empress who wrought the world from the amber blood within her veins. Yet the vanity of men led to the profane slaying of the Lady Kahropa, and of all her empyrean divinity, only an amber heart remained, fused to the very sword that defiled her corporeal form.

Fate led Zaldoxt to this relic deep within a tunnel beneath the Apaxtari borders, where the lingering consciousness of the fallen Goddess whispered unto her soul: take up the sword and the heart, and return them to Yaxzul, the Citadel of Ice, the crystalline monument raised upon the ruins of her otherworldly palace, where her amber tomb now lies guarded by her primordial kin, Zaxtar, the King of the Void.

Only by enduring this harrowing pilgrimage and reconciling the heart with the Goddess’ comatose form could Zaldoxt hope to end the ceaseless onslaught of the Void and spare the waking world from annihilation.

But could she fulfil her charge and prove to the zealots and oppressors of her kind, and above all to Zaxtar the Void King, that the world yet deserved redemption? Or would she fall, and with her, consign all creation to the eternal darkness of nothingness?"

Dear wanderers,

From the very beginnings of Ardawahisht Kollective and the many projects I have had throughout the years, I have always tried my hardest to represent my motherland, Iran, in the textures and themes of those myriad releases, for I am a child who shall never abandon his mother, even in the direst of hardships.

During these past few weeks, my country, my land, my divine, lovely mother, is going through one of its most terrible and violent nights in her history since the murderous theocratic regime took her children and her soil hostage. Almost five decades of tyranny, war mongering, violent suppression, and non-Iranian religious propaganda, the people, the lovely and brave people of Iran, have risen in unity, despite all the suppression, against this murderous regime and all its savage allies to liberate their divine mother Iran from the heinous chains of the Islamic Republic.

The tyrants have then blocked all paths of connection, and as I am writing this long passage, they are savagely killing the people, the people who have nothing against these beasts' genocidal tendencies and weapons but their will, dignity and each other.
A new era for Ardawahisht has begun, and with it, I am proudly sharing with you the new identity of this entity.

In my culture, Simurgh is the legendary bird of prey who rises to help those in need when they call her name, and so she is the eternal representation of the Iranian majesty. Right now, we are fighting one of the grimmest evils in the history of civilisation, and our hearts are bonded and calling upon the cosmos, so that Simurgh will awake from her inflicted sleep after five decades of darkness.

You are more than welcome to be our voice on this path towards redemption and ridding the world of a horrible cult of unrest and terror, and spread the word to those who can join this (hopefully) one last stand against tyranny and chaos.

I have never been more proud to be Iranian.
