The third and largest international Automobile exhibition of Iran titled "Industry Transformation" with the participation of hundreds of domestic and foreign automobiles from Iran and 15 countries of the world was held at the permanent location of Tehran International Exhibitions.

The opening ceremony of this exhibition was held on Saturday, July 30th with the presence of Abbas Aliabadi Iran’s Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, and Samar Hasanzadeh, head of Iran’s Chamber of Commerce.

In this exhibition of the transformation of the automobile industry, for the first time in Iran, all-electric and new automobiles by auto manufacturers will be exhibited. Also, domestic and foreign electric vehicle manufacturers will introduce their latest products.

Russian car UAZ captures Iran’s market

The Russian cars, UAZ double cab pickup, and UAZ Patriot have been assembled and sold in the amount of 2000 cars, in recent months in Iran.

The UAZ brand which has been present in Iran since World War II, provides two models, Patriot and UAZ pickup, in Iran’s market.

Arash Arvin, a media influencer in the field of off-road cars stated: "Russian cars proved themselves in the north of Iran and they are potent in the view of solidity. The car is extremely big and spacious in view of sizes and for me, who brings a lot of equipment on the travels, It is perfect."

Arvin continued: "In the north part of Iran, even now, people use Russian cars to perform their tough affairs and there will be happy to witness these cars in Iran. And they will be glad to egress from the poor unification of internal cars."

In light of Iran and Russia enhancing ties, the bilateral car industry will cooperate more than before to revolt against the western countries' sanctions.
