Negros Power daw sobra pa ta ya sa mag asawahay. Tan awa bala kapila ta kamo tawgan today pero wla may gasabat as usual.

If may magsabat gid man hambalon ka lang nila na e follow up nila sa mga tawo na in charge sa inspection ang akon concern. Nagkadto ko da sa office nyo, nag hulat ko at least 1 hour para lang hambalan nyo ko na e follow up nyo lang kag hulat hulaton ko lang ang mag inspection.

Hambal nyo up to 2 weeks lang. Sobra na isa ka bulan. Ma world war 3 na dugay2x wla pako ya kuryente sa balay. Yor Greg Gasataya wla gd ta da? Galaw galaw basi ma stroke ka.

I would like to formally file a complaint regarding your stated 1–2 week time frame for the pre-installation inspection of my electrical wiring, which is supposed to determine whether it meets your standards. It has now been almost a month, and I have yet to receive any update, action, or even the courtesy of a follow-up.

This unacceptable delay is causing serious inconvenience on my end. I complied with all your requirements and submitted everything as instructed, expecting that you would hold up your end of the process. Instead, I have been left completely in the dark—ignored, delayed, and forced to follow up repeatedly with no clear answers. Your lack of urgency and failure to meet your own timeline reflects extremely poor customer service.

If you cannot honor your own commitments, at the very least, be transparent and inform customers of the real timeline so we can make informed decisions. I demand an immediate update on the status of my inspection and a firm schedule of when I can expect it to be completed.

I expect a prompt and concrete response—not more excuses.
