Chapter I — The Storm Arrives Most people see a storm and head home. I see a city becoming something completely different. Dallas always looks incredible… but for a few minutes before the rain takes over, it feels like you’re walking through a movie.

Before the city disappears beneath it.

Until all that’s left is the sound of rain echoing between the buildings.
