HALO, Four Finger Distro

We are beyond pleased that the video for Radiation April has been accepted to so many film festivals, with this being right in the homie Chaz Kangas back yard!

GUESS WHOSE MUSIC VIDEO IS AN OFFICIAL SELECTION OF Twin Cities Film Festival ? (HINT: Me!)

"Radiation April" is an official selection, one of EIGHT festivals selections so far! Playing as part of the horror block, I'm super proud of the clip! Shouts to the brilliant Sabrina Mendoza for expert directing, the full TROMA Team and Lloyd Kaufman , the production of J57 & Bald Halfwit, the backing of Four Finger Distro , and the on-screen excellence of Dyalekt , Jake Palumbo , Jeep W Halo , Regina Bresler , Teresa Woodall , Elizabeth Weitzen and everyone who helped make it happen!

First New Album Cycle From the Duo
“pets” is the first public offering from a complete collaborative album by Thesis Sahib and k-the-i???.
The single begins a four-month rollout leading into the November 6 album release, followed by a separate remix project in January 2027. That extended schedule provides multiple editorial, media and audience-development opportunities.

Kenny Segal Remix
Los Angeles producer Kenny Segal provides the single’s principal remix, expanding his creative relationship with k-the-i??? beyond their recent collaborative album.
Segal’s involvement gives the single immediate relevance to listeners following contemporary independent rap, abstract production and the Backwoodz-adjacent ecosystem.

Thesis Sahib Chiptune Rework
Thesis Sahib rebuilds the track through the handmade electronic language central to his practice: modified Game Boys, circuit-bent equipment, damaged digital textures and chiptune architecture.

The rework is not a novelty remix. It connects directly to his identity as a producer, electronic instrument builder and multidisciplinary artist.

Shelved since 2011 and now being released on Four Finger Distro. There's three ways into the single transmission of "pets" from Thesis Sahib and k-the-i???. Their original version of “pets” keeps the raw 2011 wiring exposed. Kenny Segal pulls it into the present without sanding the edges down. Thesis Sahib takes it sideways with a chiptune rework built from his handmade electronic world.

The first piece of a larger story. "pets" is out - https://bit.ly/4xz1MeF

We pulled this one back from the deep ATL underground rap crates. Minamina Goodsong’s “Haven” b/w “The Transcendental Game of Zen,” the title track from their third album, are back on DSPs today as part of our ongoing reissue of their full catalog. Dusty drums, bugged-out wordplay, spiritual static, and raw left-field crew energy. This is why we dig.

Peep game at the link in our bio or check our stories for the link.
