💥 USA Shipping Update 💥
You've surely already read hundreds of posts like this one.
Trump's Duties are shaking up half the world and, above all, causing enormous concern for all small artisans like us.😔
We waited until the last minute to make a decision on how to handle this new shipping issue to the US, given that so many of our customers and friends are in the United States.
Today, someone else made the decision for us: Poste Italiane
(our usual carrier) has suspended all shipments of goods to the US from Italy until further notice as they are unable to manage this new regulation for now.😳
We have therefore had to suspend the possibility of purchasing from the US through our Etsy shop and any other channels (email, FB, and WhatsApp).
Unless you can make a quick trip to Italy to pick up your order in person😁, we really don't know how to ship it to you at a reasonable price and without the uncertainty of whether and how much you'll have to pay for duties.
Some of you have decided to continue supporting us by placing custom orders or reserving our miniatures already in the shop, despite the longer shipping times than usual.
🥰For this, we want to thank you from the bottom of our heart 🥰
We are truly sorry and hope the situation resolves as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or requests, you can contact us here on Facebook or Instagram, or via Etsy messages.
