مصباح آنلائن شاپ کا بریانی مصالحہ: 1 پیکٹ (چاہیں تو مصالحے کی تیزی کے حساب سے 1 یا 1½ پیکٹ)
دہی: آدھا کپ
ٹماٹر: 3-4 درمیانے (باریک کٹے ہوئے)
آلو: 2 بڑے (درمیانے بڑے ٹکڑوں میں کٹے ہوئے)
پیاز: 4 بڑے (باریک کٹی ہوئی اور سنہری فرائی کی ہوئی)
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ: 2½ کھانے کے چمچ
ہری مرچ: 4-6 عدد (پوری یا چیرا لگائی ہوئی)
تازہ ہرا دھنیا: آدھا کپ (کٹا ہوا)
پودینہ: آدھا کپ (کٹا ہوا)
تیل: آدھا کپ
لیموں کا رس: 2 کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب :
1️⃣ مٹن مصالحہ تیار کرنا
1. ایک بڑے پتیلے میں تیل گرم کریں۔
2. کٹی ہوئی پیاز ڈال کر سنہری براؤن کر لیں۔
3. اس میں کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر ڈالیں اور نرم ہونے تک پکائیں۔
4. ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر ایک منٹ بھونیں۔
5. مٹن کے ٹکڑے شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح بھونیں۔
6. مصباح آنلائن شاپ کا مزیدار بریانی مصالحہ ڈال کر مکس کریں اور بھون لیں۔
7. حسبِ ضرورت پانی ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر ڈھک کر پکائیں جب تک مٹن گل نہ جائے (تقریباً 40-60 منٹ، گوشت کے معیار پر منحصر ہے)۔
8. آلو الگ سے اُبال کر اس گریوی میں ڈالیں اور مکس کریں۔
9. دہی شامل کر کے اچھی طرح ملائیں۔

2. بھیگے ہوئے چاول ڈال کر 70٪ پکنے تک اُبالیں۔
3. چاول چھان کر الگ رکھ لیں۔

3️⃣ تہہ لگانا اور دم دینا
1. ایک بڑے پتیلے میں سب سے پہلے چاول کی تہہ لگائیں۔
2. اس پر مٹن مصالحہ ڈالیں۔
3. اوپر سے پودینہ، ہرا دھنیا، ہری مرچ اور لیموں کے رس میں گھلا ہوا زرد رنگ چھڑکیں۔

5. پتیلے کا ڈھکن اچھی طرح بند کریں (فوائل بھی لگا سکتے ہیں)۔
