Day 1 of our South African Road Trip 🇿🇦🗺️

🚗 We drove 560 km (348 miles) from the Midlands in KwaZulu-Natal to Bloemfontein in the Free State

📍Stayed at the Protea Hotel Willow Lake

🍔Hotel food was 10/10 (Castle Lite pint was R70 though - nearly gave Matteo a heart attack 🤣🍺 thankfully the Windhoek was only R55 😂)

🦚There were 2 peacocks roaming the grounds that were absolutely stunning 😍

🥸Fun Fact: This is also Matteo’s 1st time going through South Africa without his parents - so he’s a little nervous 😅

Our fun-sized baby is squeaky clean & ready for adventure! 🥹🇿🇦 Today is the start of our 6 week South African road trip & we still don’t have a name for it 😭 If you have any name suggestions for our little Suzuki Jimny we’d love to hear them in the comments below! 🤗
