The restaurant SPEISEMEISTEREI in Hohenheim Castle in the south of Stuttgart is definitely one of the best restaurants in Germany! This is not only due to the beautiful ambience in baroque design with contrasting, modern furniture, but above all to the extremely good cuisine!
This gourmet temple has existed for about 40 years and is always worth a visit. Since 2016, STEFAN GSCHWENDTNER has been responsible for the kitchen. STEFAN’s cooking style, co-developed with sous-chef is ANDREAS SCHÖFFLER, is characterized by extreme depth of aromas and always surprises with a great texture and temperature play! The products used are of first quality and the preparation of the dishes is always exactly to the point!
In addition to excellent food, guests can expect a very well-founded wine pairing and selected bottles in the wine cellar. You can fully trust sommelières SARA LEMBKE-STEFFENS and JULIA WÖRISHOFER!
The service is fresh, attentive and very professional and you feel totally comfortable from the first moment you enter this venerable building until the farewell!
