So gratitude and anxiety can’t coexist🤷‍♀️. For me it was absolutely mind blowing to know about that 🤯. Not saying it’s easy to beat anxiety but taking these small steps towards being more grateful definitely helps because…

When you focus on what you’re grateful for, it redirects your mind away from worries and helps you find calm in the chaos.
No matter how small the things are you are thanking for, you’re creating space for peace, joy, and clarity. You will start to view life, people and things in a more beautiful light ✨

Here are some tips on how you can make gratitude a daily habit in your life:

1️⃣ Start a Gratitude Journal 📝
Each morning or evening, write down 3 things you’re grateful for. They can be big or small—anything that made you smile or feel thankful. It’s very important to also thank for the things we take for granted, e.g. clean air.

2️⃣ Gratitude in the moment:
Take a few moments each day to be mindful about what you appreciate—whether it’s the warmth of your coffee, a sunny day, or a moment of quiet.

3️⃣ Gratitude circle at the dinner table: 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
This is a great way to teach your children to be grateful and to focus on the positive. Everyone names one thing that they are grateful for that day.

4️⃣Express It Out Loud 🗣️
Say “thank you” more often! Whether it’s for a friend, family member, a stranger or even yourself, expressing gratitude out loud reinforces positive feelings.

5️⃣ Gratitude Jar: 🫙
Keep a jar where you can add a note each day with something you’re grateful for. Over time, it becomes a beautiful collection of positive moments to look back on.

5️⃣ Practice Self-Gratitude:
Acknowledge something about yourself you’re grateful for. It could be your resilience, a strength, or something you’ve achieved.

6️⃣ Gratitude Before Bed:
Before you go to sleep, think of one good thing from the day. This simple habit can help you go to bed with a positive mindset.

Try one or two that resonate with you and see how they shift your perspective! It doesn’t have to be complicated ☺️
