Baby A. Started day care on Monday and I couldn’t be prouder 😁. My little human of yesterday in now a school boy and he was so happy and excited to see other children his age and play. The first few days seemed good because he (they) didn’t cry because we parents had to be with them all through but…… the problem began when we had to drop them and leave 🥹🙆🏾‍♀️. My baby clinging unto me like a koala refused to let go while screaming “mama!!! Mama!!mama!!😩.

“Embracing the Woman in the Mirror”

Mama, your body tells a story. It speaks of late nights, endless love, and a strength you never knew you had. Yes, it’s changed—softened here, stretched there—but every curve and line is a testament to the miracle of life you’ve brought into this world.

Self-love after motherhood is a journey, and it starts with gratitude. Gratitude for the body that grew, nourished, and held your baby close. It’s okay to miss the “before” version of yourself, but remember, this version is powerful, resilient, and beautiful.

Today, stand in front of the mirror and remind yourself:
✨ I am strong.
✨ I am worthy.
✨ I am enough.

Self-love isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about moving forward—nurturing the woman who gave life, while giving her grace, compassion, and care.

Mama, love her. She’s you. ❤️

My 7 month old ( teething baby) thinks I am delicious 🥹!!!

My son with his 3 teeth 🦷 won’t stop biting me at every given opportunity 🤦🏾‍♀️. Apparently,He thinks I am a delicious piece chicken 🍗 lap 😅.

Question: hey mama/dada, are you also experiencing this?
