È stato un grande musicista, le cui conoscenze spaziavano dal jazz al pop e alla musica sinfonica.
Nel campo della musica bandistica ha realizzato per la nostra Casa Editrice numerose pubblicazioni e diversi grandi successi.
Ma il brano che l’ha portato sui leggii delle bande di tutto il mondo è senz’altro “SANTANA, A PORTRAIT”, che vi proponiamo nell’esecuzione live della Banda Sinfónica de la Guardia Real, davanti al Palazzo Reale di Madrid.

🇫🇷 Aujourd’hui, nous souhaitons rendre hommage à Giancarlo Gazzani, qui nous quittait il y a deux ans, le 8 juillet 2023.
Grand musicien, il possédait une vaste culture musicale allant du jazz à la pop, en passant par la musique symphonique.
Dans le domaine de la musique pour orchestre d’harmonie, il a collaboré avec notre maison d’édition en publiant de nombreuses œuvres, dont plusieurs sont devenues de grands succès.
Parmi celles-ci, "Santana – A Portrait" est sans aucun doute celle qui l’a fait connaître aux orchestres du monde entier.
