Part 2: Coravin Wine Preservation System
Don’t just ask “How do I save my wine?”
Start with a better question:
“Is it even worth saving?”

Because not every bottle deserves a gadget and a game plan. If you’re opening a Tuesday night $20 sipper, just drink it. Re-inserting its cork and keeping it for 1-3 days should be fine too. But if it’s a fine wine, built to age, and you’re only having a glass…Then YES!! invest in a Coravin.
Because saving wine isn’t just about stopping oxidation, it’s about knowing what’s worth the effort (and the spend).

RUINING YOUR EXPENSIVE BURGUNDY WINE JUST TO POUR YOURSELF ONE GLASS FOR TONIGHT?

You’re not alone, most wine lovers open fine bottles thinking, “I’ll just sip one glass…” and then seal it with a stopper/cork and hope for the best. That’s how a €200 can turn into a €2 regret.

Now Here’s the truth: Oxidation starts immediately after uncorking. Even with a stopper, most wines lose freshness in 1–3 days. And Burgundy? It’s a DIVA, delicate and fragile. She doesn’t like oxygen.

But Coravin changes the game. It lets you pour wine without pulling the cork - keeping oxygen out and your wine safe for weeks (even months).

✅ Perfect for:
– Wine collectors
– Solo sippers
– Burgundy lovers
– Anyone asking: “How do I store wine after opening?”

Your wine deserves more than a cork pop and a prayer. It deserves care and the right preservation system.

MASTER BURGUNDY IN JUST HALF DAY

Crack the DE-VIN-CI code of the world’s most complex wine region — all inside one immersive museum.

No book, no course, no snobby sommelier will teach you Burgundy like this place does. Welcome to Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne – A sensory deep-dive into the beating heart of Burgundy.

There is a whole lot of surprise waiting for you inside:

Aroma Cellar – my favourite spot where not only do I get to taste a wine but also compare the aromas I get in my glass with those in this experience zone

Interactive Climat Map – there are 600+ climats so the beat way to remember them is through stories and fun facts, I loved zooming in amd oit of the map

Decode every bottle label – learn French wine marketing with displays on cracking the bottle label

Terroir deep dive – see how geology, slope, and sun make or break a grand cru

I was playing & learning, like a nursery kid, totally amazed with the depth of Burgundy wine region. Special thanks to for organising this informative tour for me and also for this wonderful experience.

Campania (in South Italy)has so much more to offer than just Mediterranean beach vibes.

If you’re ever near Naples or Pompeii, stop by Bosco de’ Medici winery — it’ll make you realize how much of Italy is still waiting to be explored. Good wines, a stunning setting, and they actually walk you through the vineyard so you can feel the soil.

The whole place feels special — especially when you mix wine, food, and a relaxing stay at a vineyard, with the volcano looming quietly in the background.
(Yes, the winery has a super chill stay option — just minutes from Pompeii.)

For me, wine, food, and history all came together here. The wines? Simple, refreshing, and just different enough to make you pause. Definitely worth a visit.

Biancolella: The Hidden White Gem of Amalfi

Beyond the cliffs, sea breeze, and sun-drenched terraces of the Amalfi Coast, this native grape variety quietly defines the region’s winemaking soul. Biancolella is Amalfi’s signature white—bright, fresh, and kissed by the Mediterranean. With notes of citrus, white flowers, and a whisper of sea salt, it’s like sipping sunshine with a salty breeze. Grown on impossibly steep terraces, this wine is a must-try with fresh seafood and summer days.
No wonder why Amalfi is known for its food, coz this wine greets you with a welcoming smile at every restaurant.

Do you love refreshing and balanced white wines?
Falanghina is one of Campania’s most celebrated white grape varieties, thriving in sun-soaked vineyards across southern Italy. Its aromatic freshness, delicate floral nuances, and vibrant character make it a favorite for white wine lovers who appreciate a crisp, versatile wine—ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish, vegetables, and fresh cheeses.

I tasted this wine from the renowned Feudi di San Gregorio winery. The wine dazzles with a straw-yellow hue and brilliant green reflections. Its intense, persistent nose reveals delicate white flowers and fresh fruit, while the palate delivers impeccable freshness and balance with a clean finish. This will be a great summer wine.

Campania- Not Just Amalfi & Positano but a wine powerhouse

Campania has always fascinated me—it’s a land of contrasts. With towering volcano Mt Vesuvius, rolling hills, and a coastline kissed by the Tyrrhenian Sea, this geography isn’t just dramatic; it shapes some of Italy’s most intriguing wines.

Greco di Tufo, with its smoky minerality, comes from ancient sulfur-rich soils. Fiano di Avellino is richer, almost waxy, with hints of honey and roasted hazelnuts. And then there’s Aglianico—the bold, structured grape behind Taurasi, Campania’s king of reds, thriving in the volcanic ash of Irpinia.
Have you tasted Campania?
