Preghiera di Benedizione della Casa.

San Giovanni Paolo II, pastore instancabile,
intercedi per noi affinché la nostra casa sia un rifugio di pace,un luogo dove regna la fede, la speranza e la ca**tà.

San Pio da Pietrelcina, servo umile e fedele,
tu che hai portato le stimmate di Cristo con amore,
benedici ogni angolo di questa dimora.

Proteggi chi vi abita, consola chi vi entra afflitto,
e fa’ che ogni cuore qui trovi conforto nella preghiera.

Gesù, luce del mondo,
entra in questa casa e resta con noi.
Fa’ che il tuo amore sia il fondamento delle nostre relazioni,
e che la tua presenza sia sentita in ogni gesto quotidiano.

"Nel momento in cui stava morendo e non se ne voleva andare, io l’ho abbracciato forte e gli ho detto:
"Paolo, adesso vai, hai sofferto troppo. Staccati, lascia questo corpo e vai. Io crescerò le bambine e porterò avanti i nostri progetti. Tu hai fatto anche troppo".
Dopo queste parole Paolo ci ha lasciati.
“L’ho conosciuto quando già aveva smesso di giocare: ed ho recuperato rivivendo con lui quei momenti.
Durante il duro percorso della malattia, gli dicevo: "sarà il nostro Mondiale"... ma non ce l’abbiamo fatta.
Il suo sorriso mi ha fatto innamorare, era la forza che lo distingueva dagli altri. Lo aveva perso negli ultimi tempi: era la forza che aveva un pò smarrito”.
“Le sue ultime parole sono racchiuse in un messaggio che ha voluto mandarmi: “Purtroppo non riesco a dormire e sono agitato, guardo le foto che mi invii e penso al nostro grande amore. Vorrei solo dirti grazie per quello che stai facendo, per me e per le nostre meravigliose bambine. Sei davvero unica per le energie che profondi e per l’amore che riesci a dare in ogni cosa.Spero che il Signore ti possa riconoscere tutto questo. Darti tutto quello che meriti"”.
“Non è facile riassumere in poche parole tutto quello che è stato Paolo. Una persona unica, piena di ottimismo anche nei momenti più difficili, una persona grande ma allo stesso tempo semplice. Una persona che mi ha insegnato tanti valori belli e li ha insegnati alle nostre figlie. Io dico che dopo Paolo Rossi si sopravvive. Quindi cercherò di fare questo".

I just want to say thank you for what you are doing, for me and for our wonderful girls. You are truly unique for the energy you pour out and for the love you give in everything. I hope the Lord can recognize all this in you. Give you everything you deserve.'"
"It's not easy to sum up in a few words everything Paolo was. A unique person, full of optimism even in the most difficult moments, a great person yet simple at the same time. A person who taught me so many beautiful values and taught them to our daughters. I say that after Paolo Rossi, we survive. So I will try to do this."

Il Santo del giorno, 4 ottobre, è San Francesco d'Assisi, Patrono d’Italia.

San Francesco d’Assisi è uno dei santi più amati e venerati al mondo.

Nato ad Assisi intorno al 1181, figlio di un ricco mercante, abbandonò la vita agiata per seguire una via di povertà, umiltà e amore per il creato.

Fondatore dell’Ordine dei Frati Minori, è noto per il suo profondo legame con la natura e per aver ricevuto le stigmate, segni della Passione di Cristo.

Ecco alcuni aspetti significativi della sua vita e del suo culto:

Dopo una giovinezza spensierata, Francesco ebbe una visione che lo spinse a restaurare la chiesa di San Damiano e a vivere secondo il Vangelo.

Fondazione dell’Ordine francescano: Nel 1209 iniziò a predicare, raccogliendo attorno a sé numerosi seguaci. Il suo ordine promuoveva la povertà, la fraternità e la predicazione semplice.

Celebre il suo “Cantico delle creature”, in cui loda Dio attraverso gli elementi della natura.

Morì il 3 ottobre 1226 e fu canonizzato nel 1228. Nel 1939 fu proclamato Patrono d’Italia da Papa Pio XII.

A partire dal 2026, il 4 ottobre sarà riconosciuto come festa nazionale in Italia, in onore di San Francesco.

Saint Francis of Assisi is one of the most beloved and venerated saints in the world.

Born in Assisi around 1181, the son of a wealthy merchant, he abandoned a life of ease to follow a path of poverty, humility, and love for creation.

Founder of the Order of Friars Minor, he is known for his profound connection with nature and for having received the stigmata, signs of the Passion of Christ.

Here are some significant aspects of his life and devotion:

After a carefree youth, Francis had a vision that inspired him to restore the church of San Damiano and to live according to the Gospel.

Foundation of the Franciscan Order: In 1209, he began preaching, gathering numerous followers. His order promoted poverty, brotherhood, and simple preaching.

His famous "Canticle of the Creatures," in which he praises God through the elements of nature, is well known.

He died on October 3, 1226, and was canonized in 1228. In 1939, he was proclaimed Patron Saint of Italy by Pope Pius XII.

Starting in 2026, October 4 will be recognized as a national holiday in Italy, in honor of Saint Francis.

Oggi, 3 ottobre, la Chiesa celebra San Dionigi l’Areopagita e San Gerardo di Brogne.

San Dionigi l’Areopagita.

Discepolo di San Paolo, si convertì al cristianesimo dopo aver ascoltato la predicazione all’Areopago di Atene.

È venerato come primo vescovo di Atene e figura centrale nella tradizione mistica cristiana.

San Gerardo di Brogne.

Nato nel IX secolo a Namur (Belgio), fu abate e riformatore dell’ordine monastico.

Lasciò la vita nobiliare per dedicarsi alla fede e alla riforma spirituale dei monasteri.

Entrambi i santi sono ricordati per il loro profondo impegno spirituale e il contributo alla diffusione del cristianesimo. 🙏

Saint Gerard of Brogne.

Born in the 9th century in Namur, Belgium, he was an abbot and reformer of the monastic order.

He left the life of nobility to devote himself to the faith and the spiritual reform of monasteries.

San Michele Arcangelo,
difendici nella lotta, sii il nostro aiuto contro la malizia e le insidie del maligno.

Sii nostro scudo e nostra forza,proteggi le nostre famiglie, illumina i nostri cuori con la luce di Dio
e donaci la grazia di vivere nella fede e nella pace.

Tu che sei Principe delle schiere celesti, combatti per noi e guidaci sul cammino della vita, perché possiamo giungere un giorno alla gioia eterna del Cielo.

Preghiera del Buongiorno a San Pio da Pietrelcina

Amato Padre Pio, alba luminosa della misericordia divina, in questo nuovo mattino il mio cuore si rivolge a te con profonda gratitudine.

Sotto il tuo sguardo benevolo possiamo trovare la pace e il conforto che tanto desideriamo.

Ogni nuova giornata porta con sé difficoltà che minacciano la serenità della nostra famiglia: salute fragile, paure per il futuro, ostacoli che turbano l’armonia che ci unisce.

Padre Pio, affidiamo a te i nostri sogni e le nostre speranze.

Veglia su di noi, proteggici e donaci la forza di affrontare le difficoltà di oggi.

Con la tua intercessione, ottienici dal Signore la grazia di resistere al male, di essere saldi nella fede e di vivere nella speranza e nella ca**tà.

Donaci un amore ardente per l’Eucaristia,
una fede salda nei momenti di prova,
e una ca**tà sincera verso i fratelli.

Sostienici nelle difficoltà quotidiane,
consola i cuori affaticati,
illumina chi è nel dubbio,
e ottienici la grazia di vivere e morire
nella pace del cuore e nella speranza eterna.
