Can your client ever??? She came in with a damaged curly hair, her hair was damage with permanent hair straightening chemicals ( so basically he hair structure went from curled to permanent straightened) but she wanted to maintain her curls so we had to cut off a lot of hair, we might still have to cut again till we are done taking all damaged hair out but for now this is what we have..
