Blending sounds from Coldwave, Minimal Synth, and Post-Punk. Songs of broken love, recurring nightmares , dreamlike visions, reborn dreams. Blending elements of Coldwave, Minimal Synth and Post-Punk, Synthetic Mushdrum draws the listener into melancholic introspection through minimal drums and obsessive basslines. Synthetic Mushdrum is Piero Cocozza, also songwriter and producer of Karma Shock (Synth Pop / Post-Punk / EBM).

Synthetic Mushdrums is a Piero Cocozza’s solo side project (Karma Shock).

It’s a trip through smoky dark discos of 80s where people dancing on synthetic sounds of drum machines and synthesizers. Music for strobe lights and smoke machines rather than mirror balls and lasers, where high energy of disco mixed with the melancholy of new wave.
