IS YOUR BIKINI BOTTOM DESTROYING YOUR GLUTE-TO-WAIST RATIO in Bikini category ?

Why high iliac placement and a deep butterfly cut make or break your back pose on stage.

THE BACK: THE 2 FATAL CUT MISTAKES :
❌ Error 1: The Flat Horizontal Cut: A straight line across the glutes flattens your upper glute shelf.

❌ Error 2: Covering the Lumbar Junction: Pulling the fabric too high covers the lower back, hiding the natural curvature and the glute-to-lumbar tie-in.



👉 CHECK YOUR BIKINI DESIGN

You can show off your glutes without a thong by following the rule of covering 1/3 of your glutes.

Opt for a butterfly design and don't cover your lower back to show off your curves and lordosis.

THE FRONT: ILIAC CREST VS. HIP PLACEMENT

❌ Sitting low at hip level: Visually shortens your legs and makes your hip wider.

✅ High V-Cut sitting ABOVE the iliac crest: Creates an optical illusion of longer legs and a sharper, narrower waist taper.

A WELL-DESIGNED AND FITTED BIKINI FLATTERS YOUR PROPORTIONS :

Remember, your bikini isn't just an accessory; it's a tool that will help you look your best. It's not just about the color or the embellishments; the design and how you wear it are more important.

👉 THE FIX: THE DEEP BUTTERFLY V-DIP

✅ Deep central dip: Curves deeply downward, leaving the natural lower back curve completely visible.

✅ Sharp upward sweep: Flows high along the gluteus medius up to the iliac crest, maximizing 3D glute roundness.
