La musica è favolosa..la sigla iniziale White Rabbit dei Jefferson airplane , si rifà alla storia di Alice e poi.. un'escalation di folk, rock, psichedelia, blues, ambient, ethnic, pop, alternative...ecc..ecc.. per trasportare l'ascoltatore in un viaggio..down the rabbit hole, in wondeland o attraverso lo specchio ...ogni tanto... la ricetta di cucina vegetariana, data a metà trasmissione, con prodotti cruelty free e innovativi come fiori, semi e frutta , consigli sull'impiattamento e la preparazione di una tavola del non compleanno di Alice ; ogni ricetta viene suggerita da BIANCONIGLIO e preparata nella CUCINA DELLE MERAVIGLIE, in un fantomatico rabbit hole dove svolazzano fiori parlanti e pergamene con le ricette e dove sono custodite spezie e ingredienti naturali,magici e segreti . Una rubrica e' dedicata alla ricetta della favola personale..qualche minuto dedicato ai consigli per l'autostima e per il coraggio, per creare la ricetta segreta della felicità, il proprio menù personale...(poesie, filtri d'amore, pozioni magiche e suggerimenti creativi e originali)
Il programma è rivolto a tutti coloro che sognano e che credono ancora nelle favole, soprattutto nella propria ,curando l'anima già dall'alimentazione poichè siamo quello che mangiamo.. Gli ospiti e gli invitati alla tavola del non compleanno possono raccontarsi utilizzando la metafora della fiaba, proporre una storia e scegliere canzoni

Remembering Linda LaFlamme--
LaFlamme was the keyboardist for the band It's a Beautiful Day and co-wrote their biggest hit, "White Bird" with then-husband David LaFlamme.
She died one year ago today in a nursing home from vascular dementia.
