She is a Canadian author of Christian inspirational nonfiction. Her debut memoir, The Love of a Father, explores the intersection of faith, trauma, and healing, offering readers a message of hope rooted in God’s unwavering love. Drawing from personal experience, Lauren writes to support and uplift those navigating pain and seeking spiritual renewal.

She resides in Nova Scotia with her husband and has three children. Despite living with a chronic medical condition, she remains passionate about encouraging others through her writing. Outside of her work, Lauren and her family enjoy exploring nature together—whether hiking, camping, or spending time by the ocean.
