From a collaboration between our two Irish super bands Jimmy & Scots Folk Band and Patricks The Drunk Scotsman was released today.
It is the humorous story of a Scotsman who falls asleep on the lawn after drinking too much.
Two young ladies who pass by decide to check whether the legend that Scottish people don't wear anything under their kilts is true.

So, having verified this, they decide to tie a blue silk ribbon around the boy's "Bonnie Star".
Then when he wakes up he notices the decoration and turning to his "Bonnie Star" he says: "oh lad, I don't know where you've been but you won the first prize!"

An irreverent and fun drinking song, a classic of Irish folk.
