YOU HAVE BACKING

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
The thought of having someone backing you in your life can be so assuring. It takes away fear and brings in confidence.

This is the kind of assurance and confidence we should have as born-again Christians. This assurance should give us the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, and should guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus.

Dear child of God, you have backing. Step out in faith with that assurance. Flow in praise instead of worry.

: Father God, I praise you. I am grateful for having you. Spirit of God help me walk in faith knowing that o have backing. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!

CAN YOU STAND TO BE BLESSED!
Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Our walk with the Lord is full of God’s mercies and grace. Many are the afflictions we go through but God in his infinite mercies delivers us.

The time of afflictions and deliverance is not the same. This is the reason many have left the faith thinking God has disappointed them.

Dear child of God, if you can hold on(steadfast) you will see God’s glory in your life. Hold on by asking the spirit of God to help you to navigate through the challenge till your day of deliverance.

: Dear Lord, let your name be glorified. Holy Spirit help me. In Jesus Christ powerful name I pray. Amen and Amen!

NO LONGER YOU!
For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.
LUKE 9:24 NKJV

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
"Saving and losing", and "losing and saving" is not what we know in life. In life when you save you don't lose. That's why the gospel is foolishness to those who are perishing - 1 CORINTHIANS 1:18 . It also brings to mind; Proverbs 3:5-6, not leaning on your own understanding.

Walking with Jesus means total surrender. It's doing the bidding of the master - not your will but the Father's will. It is called losing it for Jesus Christ.

Losing therefore means, it is not you anymore. It becomes Jesus and everything about Him. Is it possible pastor? Yes it is my dear friend. Decide to do it and you will see how easy it is to surrender to God. Remember you have the Holy Spirit as your help and guide.

YOU WILL BE CONFIRMED!
But I will confirm him in my house and in my kingdom forever, and his throne shall be established forever.’”
1 Chronicles 17:14 ESV

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Imagine you receiving a letter of confirmation from an application you made. You will be so happy and guess what ,your close associates will hear of it.

Just as King David is confirmed by God Almighty you will also be confirmed if you walk in God’s ways. Take a day at a time.

Remember your letter of confirmation is given because you meet the said requirements and so God will do for you if you walk according to his will. He will confirm you!

: Dear Lord take the glory and honour. My prayer today and always is to walk in your ways. Sweet Holy Spirit help me. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
